Sealed bids are requested for furnishing labor and materials for the construction of PTIA Parking Structure Repairs 2026 at Piedmont Triad International Airport, Greensboro, North Carolina. The project will be awarded under a Single Prime Contract. Bidders are required to be properly licensed under Chapter 87, General Statutes of North Carolina. Bidders must provide a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the base bid, and, if awarded, provide a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each for 100% of the contract price. Minority Businesses are encouraged to participate. By submitting a bid, bidders certify review of all referenced documents including Contract, General and Supplementary Conditions, Specifications, Drawings, addenda, and modifications. Bidders must also certify neither they nor their principals are debarred or excluded from participation by any Federal or State agency. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against based on race, color, or national origin in consideration of contract award.
