Description

Site work for a transportation facility in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade transportation facility.

This solicitation is for the procurement of FAA Standard L-852 Centerline Lighting Fixtures as outlined in the attached Bid Form. The procurement is for the centerline fixtures only and does not include any incidental components, transformers, labor, or installation services. All fixtures must comply with the current FAA Advisory Circular 150/5345-46, FAA Engineering Brief 67D, and/or applicable material or design standards. Any applicable taxes, fees, or additional expenses must be included in the provided unit price. Bids must be received by the Authority on or before the indicated day, time, and place. If sent through postal or delivery service, the sealed bid package should be enclosed in a separate envelope and marked with the notation, "BID ENCLOSED - PIEDMONT TRIAD INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT - CENTERLINE LIGHTING PROCUREMENT." The Authority reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities in or to reject any or all bids and to award or refrain from awarding the contract for the work, whichever is deemed to be in the best interest of the Authority. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
