Description: The Owner wishes to qualify Suppliers for the acquisition and installation of audiovisual equipment for its classrooms, conference rooms and computer laboratory rooms. It should be noted that all electrical work will be carried out by the Owner. 1.01 Description of room types 3.02.01 Classroom Classrooms generally have fifty-two (52) student seating with one (1) projector, one (1) projection canvas and audiovisual equipment in the teacher's office. Depending on the layout of the room, a room built on the width can also contain two (2) projectors, two (2) projection screens and audiovisual equipment in the teacher's office. 3.02.02 Conference room There are three (3) categories of conference room: Small room: three (3) to five (5) people normally equipped with one (1) monitor and one (1) laptop connection at the table; Medium room: five (5) to twelve (12) people normally equipped with one (1) local computer and one (1) laptop connection at the table and one (1) web camera; Large room: twelve (12) to forty-eight (48) people equipped with one (1) or two (2) projectors with projection canvases, one (1) table control and PTZ camera (Pan - Tilt - Zoom). 3.02.03 Computer laboratory room Laboratories generally have forty-eight (48) student seating with one (1) computer per student, one (1) projector, one (1) projection screen and audiovisual equipment in the professor's office. Depending on the layout of the room, a room built on the width can also contain two (2) projectors, two (2) projection screens and audiovisual equipment in the teacher's office.
