This bidding is only for the procurement of the requested supplies. Installation and/or construction activities are NOT included in this bidding. Specified manufacturer components or approved equivalents meeting the required specifications will be accepted. The funding for the purchase of highway streetlights and related components is a part of the Natchez Public Works Fiscal Year 2026 budget. No state and/or federal funds will be used for this renovation project Technical questions will be referred to Mr. Brian Tucker, Natchez Public Works Traffic Department by calling 601.443.3111 or via email at btucker@natchez.ms.us. No bid may be altered, modified or withdrawn within thirty (30) days after being filed with the City of Natchez. The company and/or individual with the lowest and best bid will be issued a Purchase Order (PO) in the amount of the accepted bid by the City of Natchez. NO deposit or advance will be provided by the City of Natchez to the successful bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities, to negotiate with the lowest and best bidder to reduce the bid price to come within the funds allocated for the work, to reduce the job in order to stay within available funding or as desirable in the discretion of the Natchez Mayor and Board of Alderman, and to accept bids by classes and/or groups, if applicable, all as set forth and in accordance with applicable
