Notice is further given that, as a public works project, each Proposer and all listed Subcontractors are required to be registered pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 at the time for receipt of Proposals. Failure of the Proposer to be registered at the time for receipt of Proposals shall render the Proposal non-responsive and unavailable for award. Any Subcontractor who is unregistered will not be permitted to work on the Project. If any Subcontractor required to be listed in the Proposal is unregistered, that Subcontractor will be required to be substituted with a registered Subcontractor at no additional cost to the SLDMWA and/or the listing of an unregistered Subcontractor may render the Proposal nonresponsive. Proposers shall provide the registration numbers for all listed Subcontractors with their Subcontractor Listing Form submitted with their Proposal. Registration numbers of all Subcontractors who are not required to be listed shall be submitted to the SLDMWA not later than 24 hours before they are to start work on the Project.
