Bids shall be submitted to supply all pre-engineered metal building materials as requested. The pre-engineered metal building desired is 125' wide x 202' long with 17' tall eave heights / sidewalls. This pricing must comply with 2024 IBC. This pricing must include all steel columns, steel beams, steel wall girts, steel roof purlins, roof insulation, wall insulation, roof sheathing, wall sheathing / siding, gutters, downspouts and all associated sheet metal trims. Pricing is required to include all pre-engineered metal building design and structural calculations. Building materials are to be delivered to the above reference address of the owner. Bids shall be submitted in duplicate on forms issued by the construction manager. Please contact Hodge Construction to obtain a bid form for bid submission. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of at least 5% of the total amount of the base bid. This may be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, bank draft or bid bond, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that the bidder guarantees their proposal until the bidder is awarded the Work. Bid securities will be returned to all other bidders when the successful bidder enters a contract with the owner. If the successful bidder fails to execute contract the amount of his bid security shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities, and/or reject any or all bids when, in the opinion of the Owner, such action will serve the best interests of the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening of bids without written consent of the Owner.
