North Little Rock School District (NLRSD) is seeking pricing forswitches, installation, and related components/services as well asbasic maintenance where applicable as required and as specifiedon the attached bid. All biddersmust submit pricing/product details on Attachment A. It is the intent of the North Little Rock School District to enter intoa contractual agreement with one vendor for a turnkey solution forall services, products, and installation. This project is funded bythe Federal CommunicationsCommission E-Rate program and successful vendor must abide byits rules/regulations. The District reserves the right to reject any or all responses and waive any irregularities or formalities in proposals received. The District reserves the right to negotiate with the apparent acceptable company. Awards will be based on those considerations that arein the best interest of the District and will be made to the responsive, responsible offeror whoseproposal is judged to be the most effective and economical for the purpose intended, according tothe requirements stated in the Request for Proposal.
