Jane Addams Elementary: The Work consists of removing and replacing the existing piping mains located within the existing tunnel system. Individual piping riser takeoffs shall remain in place for reconnection to new mains. Replace the existing remote chilled tube bundle and condensing unit with a new air-cooled chiller and associated piping and all work indicated on drawings. Work includes all demolition, equipment removal, cutting and patching associated with the project and all required plumbing and electrical work. Terry Redlin Elementary: The Work consists of removing and replacing the existing remote chilled tube bundle and condensing unit with a new air-cooled chiller and associated piping. Replace the existing chilled water secondary pump. Replace the VFDs associated with the chilled water primary and secondary pumps. Replace the chilled water expansion tank. Work includes all demolition, equipment removal, cutting and patching associated with the project and all required plumbing and electrical work.
