Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Fort Frances, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Town of Fort Frances has identified the McIrvine Rink as a key community asset that is at end of life. As part of the revitalization of this outdoor rink, the Town is looking to retain a Steel Building Firm to undertake the design and construction of a new covered shelter over this rink. In addition, the Town is looking at the opportunity to include the East End Rink within this scope to curb costs not only in supply, but design and construction. Question Deadline 01/06/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Bidders are cautioned that the timing of their Submission is based on when the Proposal is RECEIVED by the Tendering System, not when a Proposal is submitted, as Proposal transmission can be delayed due to file transfer size, transmission speed, etc. Late Proposals are not permitted by the Tendering System.
