Site work for a water / sewer project in Warrenville, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
**As of March 09, 2026, the project was awarded to Southern Fiber Construction and Management Co., LLC, with an awarded amount of $809,707.48.** The work consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor for the construction of approximately 2,270 linear feet of 8-inch water line and 1,130 linear feet of 6-inch water line to replace the existing water line. The project includes installation of valves, hydrants, all appurtenances, and abandonment of the existing water lines. Time allotted for the work is 270 consecutive calendar days. Proposals must be made on the provided form and shall include prices in words and figures. All Bidders must have a State of South Carolina Contractors WL4 or higher License. All State Revolving Fund, Davis Bacon Wage Determination, and American Iron and Steel Special Conditions, requirements apply. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond of at least five percent (5%) of the lump sum bid. The successful bidder must promptly enter into a contract and provide Performance and Payment Bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract amount, within ten (10) days of notification of award. Drawings and specifications are available for public inspection, and copies may be obtained for a fee. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
