San Joaquin County (the "County") has established a contracting opportunity to provide Phase 2 of the San Joaquin BeWell Campus Project (the "Project") under a progressive design-build contract, as further described in this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ"). Prospective Proposers are requested to submit to the County a Statement of Qualifications ("SOQ") to deliver the Project, including all Work required for the performance of a Contract resulting from this RFQ on a progressive design-build basis. The SOQ shall be enclosed in a sealed container labeled "[Proposer Name]: Original SOQ for Progressive-Design Build Services for the San Joaquin County BeWell Campus Project Phase 2", with an original copy and eight electronic copies (USB) of each volume of the Proposal. The label shall also include the Proposer's name and address. There will be no electronic submission of SOQs, except original hard copies shall be accompanied by USB drives, as described in the RFQ Section 3.2 (Content, format and organization).
