The property is unoccupied, and the buildings are under the control of Livingston County Land Bank Corporation. The Land Bank disclaims any responsibility that representations made regarding conditions or quantities of materials will remain as they were when reviewed by bidders during the bidding period, prior to award of the contract, or during the work. Minority and Women Business Enterprise contracting goals are set at 20% for MBE and 10% for WBE.
