Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is soliciting proposals and pricing for cafeteria furniture, fixtures, and equipment to support construction bond projects partially funded with Child Nutrition funds. Please note that all attributes, including scheduling, decommissioning, installation, warranty, punch lists, and damage responsibilities, will apply to future purchase orders based on actual campus needs. Any volume discounts that may apply at higher quantities Delivery, installation, and turnkey service pricing The District intends to use pricing submitted in this RFP to determine which vendors offer the best value and qualify for award under this RFP. Awarded vendors may then be used for multiple Child Nutrition-funded bond projects. Notes: Vendors must certify compliance with all Child Nutrition regulations. The District may award multiple contracts or split projects among vendors based on best value. This proposal is issued in accordance with Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations (2 CFR) Part 200, as well as USDA and TDA requirements, to procure vendors who provide goods and/or services purchased by LISD using federal funds. This proposal may be utilized for programs funded through local, state, federal, bond, and grant sources. Contract Term: The District intends to use this RFP for multiple upcoming projects over a period of up to five years, contingent upon continued need, vendor performance, and availability of funding.
