Design, manufacture, testing, delivery, and documentation of a three-phase, liquid-immersed, pad-mounted distribution transformer rated 4.5 MVA (4,500 kVA), 60 Hz, for installation at the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) facility within the Moreno Valley Utility (MVU) service area. The transformer shall interface with inverter-based power conversion equipment at 690 V nominal, feature Type OA (ONAN) cooling, and be suitable for outdoor installation on a concrete pad with a tamper-resistant cabinet and lockable high- and low-voltage compartments. All materials and workmanship shall meet current industry standards and be of first-quality utility grade.
