Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Allis, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work under this Contract consists of the reconstruction of the West Allis 74th-75th Street Rogers Park and includes installation of Porous Pavement, 4" asphalt pavement over 8" dense graded base course, curb and gutter replacement, miscellaneous concrete sidewalk, concrete driveway approaches, , storm sewer and storm catch basin and manhole replacement, light poles, electrical conduit, landscaping, playground equipment installations, rain garden installations and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the Plans and included in these Special Provisions. Pre-Qualification: Yes The work shall consist of the furnishing and laying of live sod on the shoulders, slopes, ditches, or other locations as designated, and the construction of sod ditch checks or similar appurtenances as shown on the Plans, in the contract or as ordered and laid out in the field by the Engineer in accordance with the specifications. This work shall consist of preparing seed beds, furnishing and sowing the required seed on shoulders, slopes, appurtenances and other areas as shown on the Plans or designated in the Contract, or as ordered to be seeded by the Engineer. The work shall consist of the furnishing and laying of live sod on the shoulders, slopes, ditches or other locations as designated, and the construction of sod ditch checks or similar appurtenances as shown on the plans, in the contract, or as ordered and laid out in the field by the Engineer in accordance with the specifications. This work shall consist of preparing seed beds, furnishing, sowing, and watering the required seed on shoulders, slopes, appurtenances and other areas as shown on the plans or designated in the contract, or as ordered to be seeded by the Engineer. The City shall supply the water for seed watering at no cost to the Contractor. The Contractor shall obtain a permit and meter fitting from the West Allis Water Department and use only on the designated hydrants.
