Furnish, deliver, and unload Class 52 ductile iron fittings in assorted sizes used for the installation, repair, or replacement of water and sanitary sewer systems. Goods shall be delivered and unloaded at the Authority’s warehouse or at jobsites within the Authority’s service area. Bidders must submit two complete hard copies of their sealed bid at the designated office by the deadline. Bids must clearly indicate the BID number and title, and the Contract and BID form must be completed and signed. No faxed bids will be accepted. An electronic file of the bid form may be used for typing prices and sent by email within 24 hours after bid opening to assist with tabulation, but the official bid is the hard copy. Bidders must check for and acknowledge all addenda. Deviations or alternates to specifications must be submitted in writing and clearly identified in the bid. Failure to disclose deviations or alternates may result in disqualification and order nullification. Refer to public procurement laws as applicable for bidding procedures.
