Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Waynesboro, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel.
The Wayne County Highway Department is accepting bids for the construction of a 100'-0" two-span concrete bridge with a 50 skew on Hill Parkway over Butler Creek. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Wayne County Highway Department, plainly marked with "Hill Parkway over Butler Creek - Bridge Replacement." Bidders must have a current Tennessee Contractor's License and demonstrate compliance with Tennessee Code, Title 62, Chapter 6, Paragraph 119 by providing evidence of a license in the appropriate classification before the bid can be considered. All bidders must include the license number, expiration date, and license classification of the bidding contractor and subcontractor on the outside of the envelope containing the bid; otherwise, the bid will not be opened or considered. No contracts will be awarded to firms or individuals currently debarred by the State of Tennessee or the Federal Highway Administration.
