Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Woburn, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
The JV is seeking development proposals from parties interested in developing, financing, constructing, and operating one or more mixed-use development projects on a portion of the Anderson Regional Transportation Center in an initial development phase under one or more long-term ground leases. The initial phase of development may comprise up to 6 acres of the site, with the potential for additional development phases in the future if certain conditions are met. The development must ensure that existing transportation services at the RTC continue to operate without interruption. The specific portion to be developed by the selected proposer is referred to as the 'Project Site.' Question Deadline 01/16/2026 at 5:00 PM ET online submission. For design participation goals: 6.6% MBE 15.0% WBE For construction participation goals: 4.2% MBE 8.8% WBE Additionally, the construction utilization workforce goals for workers of state-funded and state-assisted projects: 15.3% minority workers 6.9% women workers
