Site work for a water / sewer project in Wanaque, New Jersey. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing and delivering one 48-inch, single disk or double disk, metal seated, non-rising stem (NRS) gate valve with an 8-inch bypass gate valve and a corresponding gearbox. Bidders must include references and a list of at least five similar projects completed. The project will be conducted under a single prime contract. Bidders must comply with relevant affirmative action regulations and New Jersey contractor business registration requirements. Each bid must be submitted using the forms provided, enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly labeled with the contract number, title, bid time and date, and question cut-off date. Bids sent via overnight service must indicate a sealed bid is enclosed. Each bid requires a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond for 10% of the contract price (not to exceed $20,000) as security, as well as a consent of surety for 100% of the contract price. Bidders must be fully aware of all requirements, conditions, and the physical characteristics of the site necessary for an accurate bid. Question Deadline 01/09/2026: Every request for an interpretation or correction shall be made in writing addressed to Margaret M. Maddalena, Contract Administrator, North Jersey District Water Supply Commission and submitted via email to mmaddalena@njdwsc.com. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
