Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is issuing a RFPQ (Request for Vendor Prequalification) to the market to attain a list of qualified vendors who will be invited to bid on the subsequent projects, refer to Appendix A - List of Locations . The work will involve garage restoration and repair work. This RFPQ Category of Work is categorized as Construction. The scope of work in this RFPQ is sub-categorized as Structural Construction Work. This prequalification process gives the Proponent an opportunity to demonstrate their team's experience and capabilities through a set of rated criteria as set out in the RFPQ. Proponents will be evaluated based on their experience, staff qualifications, and ability to deliver a high quality of services. All vendors that meet these minimum standard requirements will be placed on a list of vendors who will be invited to bid for the subsequent garage projects listed in Appendix A - List of Locations. These locations will then be tendered out via subsequent Requests for Quotations ("RFQ") in the coming years. Refer to section 2.1.1 for more information. In addition to qualifying, TCHC is further looking to award the following three (3) locations: 4100 Lawrence Ave, 15 Scadding Ave, and 575 Adelaide. As such, the Proponent has the following two (2) options when submitting for this RFPQ. Question Deadline Questions Due Date: Jan 28th 2026, 4:00 PM EST Deadline to submit Questions Online.
