The City of Atlanta's Department of Procurement on behalf of the Department of City Planning is seeking the purchase of consultant services to prepare a tactical Living Centers Initiative (LCI) study advancing the vision for a safe, connected, walkable, and active Ashby MARTA station The City of Atlanta's Department of City Planning ("DCP") consultant will support the study of Livable Centers Initiative (LCI)-related programs and projects surrounding the Ashby Metropolitan Atlanta Transit Authority (MARTA) Station area. The LCI program aims to improve the use of alternatives to driving alone by supporting transportation projects and other programs that enhance accessibility, diversify land uses, promote transit use, and foster further develop in the study area. The Action plan created from this study will align the City with Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC)'s LCI goals for safety, connectivity, and walkability. Last Date for Q & A 12/1/25 2:00 PM All questions regarding this Solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Project Manager within five (5) calendar days from the date of advertisement. Questions received after this deadline will not be considered. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Request for Proposal for Design Services is Underway
