Scope of Work: Storage Tank Monitoring Integration: o Provide and install (1) Master Control Panel with the following devices: o (1) Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Automation Server o (1) Schneider Electric AS-P Power Supply o (1) 120:24VAC Power Transformer o Install new storage tank monitoring system panel in an interior mechanical room. Install the Master Panel next to existing panel and run a CAT 6 communication patch cable between them for integration. Fuel Panel provided by United Petroleum Services (Panel EVO 200D) o Bringing 120VAC power to the new Master Panel is not included. o Chester Mental Health IT Dept. will need to provide a network drop at the new Master Control Panel. o Provide programming and HTML 5 graphics to display monitoring points. o Provide EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO) as the Frontend (EBO will be for storage tank monitoring points, alarming, and trending only). Exclusions: o All work and materials normally the responsibility of the site Electrical Contractor (including, but not limited to, VFD's, starters, disconnects, line voltage, and power wiring. 120v power to be provided by others to DCI panel; DCI will provide transformer to step down to 24v). o All work and materials normally the responsibility of the site Mechanical Contractor (including, but not limited to, installation of control valves, dampers, temperature wells). o Providing or installing the storage tank monitoring system. o Replacing or repairing existing BAS System. o Providing Computers or Tablets. o Any necessary painting and patching. o Premium time. o Material taxes.
