The Town of Ajax is seeking to pre-qualify Contractors specializing in Stormwater Management Pond (SWMP) rehabilitation/retrofitting to conduct sediment cleanup (e.g., excavation/dredging, hauling, disposal, etc.), rehabilitation, retrofitting, vegetation management, infrastructure repair, embankment stabilization, etc. of approximately 1-2 SWMPs annually assumed/owned by the Town, over the next 3 years [2026-2028] based on annual budget approval. The Pre-Qualification Term will cover approximately a 3-year period from on or about March 15, 2026 to December 31, 2028. The SWMP units estimated to be cleaned out (2026-2028) are the following: - SWMP 23, Pickering Plains Pond, 87S Rollo Drive, 2026-2027 - SWMP 10, Salem/Achilles, 367S Salem Road South, 2026-2027 - SWMP Pond 2 - Forest Ridge, Subdivision 8S Roberson Drive, 2027-2028 - SWMP 30, Rose Petal Pond, 300S Rossland Road West, 2027-2028 - SWMP 4, Pond 3 - Forest Ridge, Subdivision 118S Elizabeth Street, 2028-2029 - SWMP 1, Devonside Estates Pond, 22S McCullock Crescent, 2028-2029 Documents can be obtained from https://ajax.bidsandtenders.ca/
