STA-Cherry Road Northwest PID No. 121152 Stark County Stark County is seeking a qualified firm to provide construction inspection and construction administration for a project to be constructed in 2026. The project consists of the rehabilitation of two existing 4-span steel beam bridges on Cherry Road Northwest (Bridge No.'s PE-7-20 and PE-7-21) in Massillon just west of State Route 21. Rehabilitation work includes converting abutments to semi-integral, replacing parapets and approach slabs, replacing bearings, and bridge deck patching and sealing. Work also includes intersection, roadway, and guardrail improvements. Construction inspection and administration services will include on-site observation, daily logs, documentation of pay quantities, prevailing wage documentation, material acceptance testing and certification monitoring, Maintenance of Traffic documentation, claims/change order review and processing, and review of project schedules and submissions.
