The purpose of this amendment is to provide a date for RFI submission. All RFIs are due by December 12, 2025 by 3:00pm. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The proposal due date remains the same; December 19, 2025 @ 4pm. Amendment SF30 also newly attached. Renovation of the existing kitchenette located on the 5th Floor, Room 549C, at 500 Pearl Street, New York, NY 10007. Work includes installing the kitchenette in accordance with the design intent drawings and the Statement of Work. All construction services must comply with specified requirements and standards outlined in the project documentation. The Contractor shall coordinate work and gain approvals required in this Statement of Work (SOW) with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officers Representative/Project Manager (COR/PM) as required. Estimated Price Range $50,000 - $75,000 Renovate an existing kitchenette Room# 549C on the 5 th Floor. Kitchenette is to be installed per attached design intent drawing with project name "Pretrial Kitchenette" dated on 01/07/2025. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and supervision to perform the following work: 2.1.1. Demolition 2.1.1.1. Contractor shall remove and dispose any existing cabinetry as noted in the attached design intent drawings. 2.1.1.2. Contractor shall remove and dispose the existing flooring and cove base as noted in the attached design intent drawings. 2.1.1.3. Contractor shall remove the existing wall and door frame. The contractor shall verify the existing wall is not slab to slab prior to any demolition. Please see the attached design intent drawings for specifications. 2.1.2. Relocation of fire alarm and light switch 2.1.2.1. Contractor shall relocate the existing fire alarm and light switch as indicated in the attached design intent drawings for specifications. 2.1.2.2. Contractor shall ensure the fire alarm relocation meets all the fire safety codes and requirements and compatible with the existing fire alarm system **Location:** 500 Pearl Street, 5th Floor, Room 549C, New York, NY 10007.
