Description: This project, located in Montogomery County, is for the crack sealing, milling, patching, and resurfacing asphalt and concrete pavements, line striping at various locations. All locations for this contract will be identified after the project is awarded. Each task will indicate the scope, limits of work, the estimated quantities, and completion duration limits. County: Montogomery Classification: F - $5,000,001 to $10,000,000 In accordance with State Finance and Procurement Title 13 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, no bid, performance or payment bonds are required for bids less than $100,000.00. However, bids $100,000.00 and above will not be considered unless a Bid Security is submitted as outlined in the Invitation for Bids. Bid Security shall equal at least five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. Also, the successful bidder will be required to supply Payment and Performance Bonds for all Contracts in excess of $100,000.00 The MDOT SHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
