The work consists of providing snow and ice removal services at the MG Benjamin L. Hunton Memorial U.S. Army Reserve Center in support of the 99th Readiness Division. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to perform snow plowing, ice melting, sanding, and sidewalk clearing in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Services include removal of snow in varying depths, application of ice melt and sand, and ensuring safe pedestrian and vehicle access throughout the facility. The contract will be a requirements firm-fixed-price agreement with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. All work must comply with applicable safety standards and contract specifications. Location: MG Benjamin L. Hunton Memorial USARC, 8791 Snouffers School Road, Gaithersburg, MD 20879. Period of Performance From 06 Jan 2026 To 05 Jan 2027 Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing via e-mail no later than 10:00 AM EST on 19 December 2025 to both, Ronald M.
