The City of Malibu is seeking proposals from highly qualified and experienced consulting firms to provide comprehensive peer review services across multiple technical disciplines. The selected firm will be responsible for conducting independent, expert evaluations of studies, reports, plans, and related technical materials submitted to the City. Areas of required expertise include Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Coastal Engineering, and Environmental Health. NOTE: Qualified consulting firms are invited to submit proposals for either the full scope of services or for specific components thereof. Proposals must clearly indicate the services being proposed and ensure that this is accurately reflected in both the Scope of Work and the Cost Proposal. Work in each category may be contracted for separately and a contract award in one category does not guarantee a contract award in another category. As the selected firm will function as an extension of City staff, the City expects the highest standards of professionalism, transparency, and customer service in all interactions and deliverables.
