Question: Will the prime contractor be responsible for watering the re-seeded grass/straw If so, what is the duration of the required watering Answer: The prime contractor is only responsible for the initial watering of the re-seeded/saw. The project involves replacing a failed transformer that provides power to two SRS research greenhouses. The work will include removal of the existing transformer and installation of a new unit to restore reliable electrical service to the greenhouses. All work must comply with applicable safety and electrical standards.
