Site work for a mixed-use development in Pineville, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and educational facility.
Question Deadline 01/20/2026 Bidders and Sub-bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request to reach the Architect at least seven (7) days prior to the date for receipt of Bids. The project consists of a new synthetic turf football field and renovations to the synthetic track and field event areas at Pineville High School, 1511 Line Street, Pineville, LA 71068. The work is located on the existing campus property. The project is anticipated to be a Base Bid with one additive alternate proposal. The work includes Conversion of a natural grass football field inside a synthetic track oval to a synthetic turf field. Track repairs and re-spraying of a new track surface on the track and field areas. Associated sitework, paving, drainage and utility work. By Additive Alternate #1, construction of an additional long jump runway and pit. Each Bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid price, provided on the specified form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract amount, written by a surety or insurance company meeting the requirements noted in R.S. 38:2219.A.( l )(a) , (b) and (c). Bidder shall show the Contractor's license number and name of the project on the Bid envelope as required by Louisiana Revised Statutes 37:2163.A.(l ). The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause; such actions will be in accordance with Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes.
