Renovations to an existing heritage building for a new library space. TIMELINE: Conceptual planning is underway. Construction start is currently planned for 2027. An RFP for architectural services has closed; submissions are currently under review. When the RFP was issued, the location was confidential as the sale of the land had not closed and therefore the new address was not included in the RFP. Architectural design consultants may be engaged in the first quarter of 2026. Further update early spring 2025.
