Provision of Preventive Maintenance for Uninterruptible Power Supplies, replacement parts and related services. Only Bidders who have successfully completed three reference projects similar in value, complexity, and magnitude as the work stated will be considered. The Bidder or its designated Subvendor must have completed three projects involving emergency standby generators of similar value, size, and complexity. The Bidder must have a valid Workplace Safety and Insurance Clearance Certificate for the appropriate premium rate class, subclass, or group. The Account Manager must have managed contracts of similar value, complexity, and magnitude for a minimum of 5 years. Each Preventive Maintenance inspection report must be signed and/or sealed stamped by a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) licensed in Ontario or by a licensed electrician authorized by the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) to perform electrical work in Ontario. Bidders are responsible for electronic bid submission in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.metrolinx.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
