The Army Contracting Command - NJ intends to award a firm fixed-price contract for the requirement outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business. Offerors are responsible for reviewing all amendments, updates, or changes posted. The estimated contract start date is approximately January 2, 2026, and the response date is specified in the solicitation. Period of Performance The period of performance shall be for one, 12-month base period and four, 12-month option periods. Questions shall be emailed to the Contract Specialist, Bryan Thompson at bryan.e.thompson20.civ@army.mil AND the Contracting Officer, Stephanie Shelton-Howell at stephanie.m.howell2.civ@army.mil no later than December 12, 2025, by 2:00 PM EST. Questions must specify the section or paragraph of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for which the clarification is desired.
