New construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Brantford, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for the construction of a multi-residential development.
Phased redevelopment of the former Fox Ridge Care Community into a housing hub. Phase 2 includes the creation of transitional and supportive housing, including on-site health and social supports. Phase 3 includes the construction of permanent housing, which may include an apartment building with 72-144 units. TIMELINE: Plans are conceptual. The City approved the Fox Ridge Business Plan November 2025. Phase 1, which is being followed in a separate report, has been tendered. Further update may be confirmed late 2026/early 2027.
