Question Cut Off Date 12/16/2025 10:00:00 AM (MT) Sandy City's Department of Public Utilities (Owner) invites interested contractors to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for the 2026 Utility Projects. This request for Statements of Qualification provides instructions for submittal of contractor's qualifications and describes the evaluation criteria to be used by the Owner in the evaluation of submissions. The project comprises work at three different locations in Sandy City: Green Way, Bryce Drive, and 700 East. The work along Green Way includes the installation of approximately 930 feet of 24" diameter RCP, 230 feet of 19"x30" Elliptical RCP, 290 feet of 18" diameter RCP, and 50 feet of 15" diameter RCP_ installation of junction boxes and inlet boxes; coordination with third party utilities for their relocation; removal and disposal of existing storm drain infrastructure; removal of existing waterways, regrading, and new asphalt installation. The work along Bryce Drive includes the installation of approximately 175 feet of 29"x45" Elliptical RCP (primarily along the north property line of house 8196 S Bryce Drive)_ 30 feet of 24" RCP_ installation of new junction boxes, double inlet boxes, and double combination box; outfall into an existing canal; coordination with third party utilities for their relocation; relocation of an existing water service line and meter; roadway, landscape, and driveway restoration. The work near 700 East and Skylark Lane includes modification of approximately 230' of existing East Jordan Canal flume wall. These modifications include raising the west wall of the flume by 18"_ removal and reinstallation of existing chain-link fence; modifications of two existing outfalls; and overall landscape restoration and flume cleaning
