As of 12/4/2025 While we are waiting on plans/drawings this project will be placed on HOLD & the mandatory Pre-bid meeting originally scheduled for 12/9/25 is CANCELLED 1. Conduit Supply and Installation: - Supply 4-inch conduit and necessary fittings. - Install fiber optic cable within the conduit. - Single mode dark fiber with lc to lc connections. 2. Fiber Optic Termination: - Provide and install 24 pairs of dark fiber terminations from rack to rack at each building, with splicing services as required. 3. Testing: - Conduct post-installation testing to ensure system integrity. Proposal requirements include a detailed breakdown of costs including labor and materials, a detailed timeline for the project, company credentials including experience with similar projects and relevant certifications/licenses, references from previous comparable projects, insurance coverage details, and any additional services or considerations that may benefit the project. Proposals shall be submitted in two sealed parts: Qualifications; Part A and Fees/Proposal; Pricing Form. Proposals must be made out and signed in the corporate, or other, name of Proposal, and fully and properly executed by an authorized person. Late proposals will not be considered. Amendments or withdrawal of proposal received later than the specified date and time will not be considered. Proposers are to examine all documents and visit the site to make a thorough examination of the conditions in order to determine the amount of work necessary to carry out the intent of the specifications.
