Town of Millis c/o Millis School Building Committee invites Qualifications for Construction Manager at Risk firms pursuant to MGL Ch 149A. Response to this Request for Qualifications is the first step in a two-phase procurement process. Estimated Construction Duration: 28 months Qualification: DCAMM Certificate This project involves the addition and renovation of the existing Millis Middle/High School in Millis, MA. When complete, the 2 story 148,034gsf school, will serve 645 students in grades 6-12, and will continue to accommodate the superintendent and school business offices.
