Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Fargo, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; one-story above grade road / highway; and one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
Grading, hot mix asphalt, aggregate base, storm sewer, curb and gutter, sidewalk, and incidentals on Cass County 10 from Tower City, ND to Buffalo, ND. Major items of work include: Agg Base CL 5 (5,696 TON), Salvaged Bit Base (8,029 CY), Agg Surface CL 13 (5,353 TON), Milling Pavement (19,181 SY), Superpave FAA 43 (54,783 TON), Pipe Concrete-Storm (3,677 LF), Curb & Gutter (3,220 LF), Sidewalk Concrete (3,049 SY). A bidder's bond in the amount of 5% of the bid, made payable to Cass County, must accompany each bid. Paper bid bonds must be submitted by 1 pm to the Cass County Highway Department office the day of bid letting. Certified or cashier's checks are not accepted. No bid will be read or considered which does not comply with the bond requirements. Contractors may be required to submit information detailing their ability to perform the work specific to this project. The County reserves the right to determine the prequalification status of each contractor, reject any or all bids, and waive any irregularities. All bidders must be qualified to bid under the laws of North Dakota.
