The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for adding an HVAC system to the existing at the Floyd Branch RWWTP. The proposed HVAC system will include the installation of the HVAC unit and ductwork, a concrete pad, and proposed electrical improvements. The OPCC for this project is approx. $320,000.00. A. Work is described in general, non-inclusive terms as: 1. Installation of the HVAC unit and ductwork 2. Installation of the proposed concrete pad 3. Provide the materials, equipment, and incidentals required to make the project completely operable. 2. Provide the labor, equipment, tools, and consumable supplies required for a complete project. 3. Test and place the completed project in operation. 5.
