Renovation of a golf course in Richardson, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,325-square-foot golf course.
The work consists of renovations and improvements at the Sherrill Park Golf Course Maintenance Barn and Training Center. A new 2,755 SF Pre-engineered Metal Building (PEMB) climate- controlled administrative suite addition including new foundation abutted to the existing 4,070 SF (PEMB) Maintenance Barn including exterior and interior renovation of existing maintenance barn with new metal panel skin and renovated interior support spaces. The work to the maintenance barn will be performed as a phased occupied renovation. A new stand-alone Training Center PEMB of approximately 2,500 SF, fully climate controlled, full interior finish. Additionally, site improvements and grading work to be performed around the surrounding area such as new paving and drainage.
