Contractors are invited to bid on VSP Field Station Renovations for Buildings and General Services at 1068 US-5 in St. Johnsbury, Vermont. The project consists of the relocation of the existing janitorial closet to a dedicated room, reconfiguration of the lobby area, and flooring replacement of the facility. Scope items include new and salvaged/relocated baseboard hydronic heat, new and salvaged/relocated doors and plumbing fixtures, new and salvaged/relocated light fixtures, mostly existing and new 2x4 ACT tile ceilings, new shelving, exhaust, and mop sink for janitorial space, reuse of soap dilution machine, replacement of VCT with rubber tile, and replacement of existing carpet tile with carpet tile.
