Questions Due Date: Jan 7th 2026, 4:00 PM MST Scope of Work project according to the Drawings and Specifications and in accordance with the Springville City Standard Specifications and Drawings Manual, and described in general as: Install mechanical screens and washer compactors in the headworks building as well as replacing grit chamber aeration piping including fittings, isolation valves, silencers, and all related supports, structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical. Construct electrical enclosure on east side of Headworks Building, including roof, trusses, CMU walls, thickened slab foundation, and associated mechanical and electrical improvements, as well as Bid Additive to replace the headworks structure's roof membrane, insulation, roof drains, and all related supports and mechanical improvements, as well as the headworks structure's overhead door and man door. All communication relating to the Project and any questions which BIDDERs may have concerning the project shall be directed to the OWNER
