Description

Renovation of a detention facility in Springville, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

This project consists of replacing the existing TPO roofing system at the Department of Health and Human Services, Juvenile Justice Youth Services Building, located in Springville, Utah. The work will include site safety preparation, demolition of the existing TPO roofing membrane, roofing cover board, metal copings, mechanical curbs, primary and secondary roof drains, roof hatch and ladder. A new mechanically fastened 80 mil. TPO roofing membrane system with a new 1/2" high density CGF polyisocyanurate cover board and areas of new polyisocyanurate insulation will be installed. Additionally, new primary and secondary roof drains, walkway pads, metal copings, new roof hatch, steel ladder, gypsum board, painting and associated plumbing and electrical will be installed. Single ply membrane roof replacement. Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
