The purpose is to provide crackseal on streets throughout Mapleton, prior to those streets receiving micro seal or high-density mineral bond treatments later in the year. Submission of a sealed hard copy of each company's bid is required by the specified deadline, either at the bid opening or earlier to the Mapleton City Recorder at the Mapleton City Offices. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible vendor submitting the lowest bid as calculated in the Base Bid (Part 2 "Price Schedule" of the bid documents), based on measurement and payment estimation. Vendors must guarantee pricing for the duration of the project. Work must be substantially completed by the specified deadline.
