The City of Madison Traffic Engineering is seeking applications from qualified engineering consultants for Systemwide Improvements Along the High Injury Network . Thank you for considering this opportunity to work with the City and further our mission. The City of Madison Traffic Engineering Division is seeking applications from qualified engineering consultants to provide professional services for the Systemwide Safety Improvements along the High Injury Network Project, which is an Implementation Project partially funded through the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Grant Program. These projects are part of a broader effort to improve transportation safety, accessibility, and multimodal connectivity, while aligning with Vision Zero goals. Question Deadline 12/15/2025 at 2:00 PM CT Questions and/or inquiries must be submitted by email. The City's answers to your questions will be posted as an addendum by December 22, 2025. You must check the bid distribution websites for any addendums. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway."
