Bids must be firm for acceptance for sixty days from the date of bid opening, unless otherwise noted. Price increases are not allowed during the initial contract term. Proposed price increases after the initial term must be submitted in writing to the Contract Administrator at least 90 days before the proposed effective date and must include full documentation, such as the supplier's notification to the bidder. Price increases must be approved by the Contract Administrator. Price decreases from the manufacturer or supplier must be passed on to the Agency within 30 days of their effective date. Bidders are expected to submit questions or clarifications about the Request for Bid document by the specified deadline. If a bidder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the Request for Bid, they must notify the Procurement Specialist representative immediately in writing. The preferred method for submitting questions and clarifications is via the Wisconsin , though email is also accepted. Bids shall be firm for acceptance for sixty (60) days from date of bid opening, unless otherwise noted. Price increases will not be permitted during the entire initial Contract term. Any price increases proposed after the initial Contract term must be submitted in writing to the Contractor Administrator a minimum of 90 days before the proposed effective date of the increase. Notice of price increases must be fully documented. Documentation shall include copies of the supplier's notification to the Bidder of the increase including the effective date. Increases shall not affect any orders written prior to the effective date of the increase. The Contract Administrator shall approve any and all price increases.
