The contractor is required to provide all equipment, labor, cleanup, disposal of debris, and supplies needed to complete the specified work and any other related work, all in accordance with the contract provisions and standard specifications. The city intends to award one contract for an initial period of three years, with the option to extend for one additional year. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be given full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.
