Clark Public Utilities is updating its Small Works Roster for public works projects under $350,000 and its Professional Engineering & Architects (PEA) Roster. Applications are accepted from licensed and bonded contractors for the types of work listed on the Utility's website. Contractors must register, create a vendor profile, select applicable categories, and submit required forms including the Small Works Roster Contract, W-9, and Insurance Synopsis within 15 calendar days to avoid denial of registration. Applicants must show evidence of $1,000,000 General Liability and Automobile insurance coverage and be capable of obtaining performance & payment bonds up to $350,000. The PEA Roster will be used to award design projects and project-based contracts for services such as architectural and landscape design, and various engineering disciplines (electrical, mechanical, civil, structural, hydraulic, and surveying). It will also be used for multiple Water Department Capital Program projects, including but not limited to: civil engineering; watermain design; pumping equipment and pressure pipe design; environmental and sensitive area analysis; hydrological and water resource services; hydrogeology, water supply and quality services; SEPA/NEPA writing; grant, loan, and technical writing services; project report writing; water rate studies; financial analysis; geotechnical engineering; land surveying and staking; archaeological and cultural resource services; structural design; architectural, building mechanical and electrical design; reservoir structural design; construction management; inspection and testing services; erosion control inspection; hazardous material testing and remediation; engineering design for salmon habitat and water quality, and fluvial geomorphology. For the PEA Roster, firms must register online, select the PEA categories, and upload an SF330 form. Firms are encouraged to update their SF330 if previously registered. The Utility encourages disadvantaged, minority, women-owned, and veteran-owned consulting firms to respond and will ensure equal opportunity for all bidders. Completed applications are accepted throughout the year.
