Renovation of an educational facility in Yorkton, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
You are invited to submit a proposal to replace the one (1) vertical platform lift located within the specified building. Proposals should include the completed bid form, a list of personnel to be assigned to the project along with their experience and resources, and equipment brochures. The work must comply with CSA B355-15 Lifts for Persons with Physical Disabilities, including Appendix E, and all applicable local and provincial codes. Bidders are encouraged to suggest alternative products or cost-saving ideas if they provide technical or financial benefits, and any deviations from the specifications must be clearly specified as alternates or exclusions. The lowest bid may not necessarily be accepted; selection will be based on the firm best suited to the requirements and expectations of the Owner and staff. The Owner reserves the right to seek clarification from bidders as part of the evaluation process.
