This Request for Proposals is an invitation to prospective Suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of Waste Removal and Cardboard Recycling Services in Yorkton, Melville, and Canora, SK. The work includes: supplying vendor-owned waste/recycle containers to specified sites, picking up and disposing of waste to an off-site location and recycling material to an off-site recycling agent, coordinating the pickup schedule and number of containers per site with SaskTel, including fuel/Carbon surcharge in the total price, forwarding copies of documents signed between landfill/recycling agent and vendor, forwarding a copy of the vendor's green program in reducing and/or recycling waste products, supplying SaskTel with a weigh bill report on a monthly basis (if applicable), and itemizing all charges and weights on invoices. Waste removal and recycling service frequencies will be at the discretion and by request of facilities management and SaskTel. Suppliers interested in participating must do so via SaskTel’s e-Sourcing tool with Ariba. Suppliers not yet registered must complete the self-registration process. Registered suppliers must contact SaskTel to request access to the event. Paper, fax, or email submissions will not be accepted.
